• The District has implemented a process for distribution of W-2’s that eliminates paper forms and provides for on-line access to all employees (current & former) via the District’s Employee Access Center (EAC).  All former employees were mailed a letter including their employee ID# with these instructions.  Below are instructions to access your W-2.

    Directions:
    Go to SCASD website using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome ()

    Click on “Resources” on the upper navigation bar

    Click on “Employee Resources” on the left navigation bar

    Choose the link under Employee Access Center

    To login:  Use your 9 digit Employee ID as your User name

    Use the last 4 digits of your SS# as your password

    Select Print W-2’s from the left navigation bar, choose the year (Please note:  you may have two W-2 listings for the same tax year due to a space issue in certain fields.  You will need to print both.)
